Mass-produced furniture is designed for a generic room. Your room is not generic. Alongside our building and renovation work, we design and make bespoke furniture for London homes — tables, sofas, beds, storage, the lot.
This page is a catalogue of what we can make. Bring us a brief and we’ll quote it.
No showroom. No catalogue of fixed designs. Every commission starts with a conversation.
Tell us what you have in mind — even rough. A photo, a Pinterest board, a measurement. We sketch options, suggest materials, talk through what’s possible within budget. Free.
Detailed working drawings with elevations and finishes. Itemised quote. A clear delivery timeline. You approve before a saw touches a piece of timber.
Built in our London workshop. Delivered, assembled if needed, and signed off in your home.
These are typical London market ranges for made-to-measure joinery in 2026, not a fixed price list or a quote from us, every piece is priced on its size, materials and finish.
Ranges typically cover design, workshop manufacture, on-site installation and a painted or finished surface. They exclude electrics for integrated lighting, the TV/appliances themselves, premium hardwoods or specialist veneers, and any plastering or making-good. London figures run roughly 20–40% above the UK national average. VAT may apply.
Painted MDF is the entry point; oak, walnut or veneered hardwood with a sprayed lacquer finish can double or triple the price per piece.
Bespoke joinery is largely priced by the metre, so floor-to-ceiling runs and walk-in pieces cost far more than a single alcove or shelf set.
Glazed or panelled doors, soft-close hinges, push-to-open fronts, curves and bespoke mouldings all add machining and assembly time to the quote.
LED strips, recessed downlights and cable management add cost, and any new wiring needs a separate electrician on top of the joinery price.
Period properties with uneven walls, chimney breasts, sloped ceilings and tight access mean more scribing and fitting time, pushing London labour higher.
Workshop-made units with a sprayed factory finish cost more than built-in-place carcassing, but give a cleaner, more durable result and shorter on-site disruption.

No — we’re not a furniture retailer. Everything is designed and built per commission. The categories above are just a sense of what we make; the actual piece is designed around your brief.
Primarily we serve London. For commissions further afield we can arrange delivery — discussed at the quote stage.
We can take inspiration from a piece you’ve seen and adapt it to your space, materials, or budget. We don’t directly copy designer pieces (designer copyright applies), but we can interpret a style or aesthetic.
Yes — sofas, armchairs, headboards, banquette seating, ottomans. You choose the fabric from samples we provide, or supply your own.
Typically 3–8 weeks from order to delivery for a single piece, depending on complexity and our workshop schedule. We’ll give you a firm date in the quote.
30% on order, 40% when materials are bought and workshop work begins, 30% on delivery and acceptance. Standard for custom furniture.
Free design consultation. Bring a sketch, photos, or just a rough idea — we’ll show you what’s possible.
