Most retail fit-outs take 4–10 weeks. Restaurants and bars typically need 8–14 weeks due to commercial kitchen specs and licensing. We commit to your opening date and plan backwards from there.
We handle Building Regs and DDA compliance as part of every commercial build. Specific operational licensing (alcohol, food hygiene, etc.) is your responsibility, but we can recommend trusted consultants if needed.
Absolutely. We work to your designer's specs and coordinate with architects, M&E consultants, and brand designers. We can also recommend designers if you don't have one yet.
