Most kitchen renovations don't need planning permission as they're considered internal alterations. You may need permission if you're extending the kitchen footprint, changing the building's external appearance, or working on a listed building. We'll advise on this during your free site visit.
Yes. We have qualified plumbers and electricians in-house, so you don't need to hire separate trades. All work is fully compliant with UK Building Regulations.
We can absolutely refurbish around your existing layout if that's what you want. We can also redesign the entire space if you'd like to open it up, knock through, or add an extension. Both approaches are common — we'll discuss what makes sense for your home and budget.
Yes, removal and waste disposal are included in every kitchen renovation. We strip out, recycle what we can, and dispose of the rest responsibly. You don't lift a finger.
